What is Nourish Burn Build?

Phase 1 Nourish will set the stage and be the key to unlocking success in phases 2 and 3. Phase 1 will change the way you think about food and "dieting". I will teach you my knowledge about healthy shopping and food preparation, without losing flavor or feeling hungry. You will learn about nutrition and how to fuel your body effectively to increase energy, burn fat, and build lean muscle. This phase will educate and empower you to never have to diet again. You will build a strong core and greater endurance to prep for the resistance workouts in phases 2 and 3.

What does each phase include to reach my goals?

  • Phase 1 exclusively includes : Free Initial Consultation. Your completed lifestyle questionnaire, food journal, and movement assessment will determine the course of action for healthy shopping, food preparation, and personalized training. 


PHASES 1-3( 4 weeks each) will include:

  • A personalized nutrition plan (phase specific) formulated to meet your individual energy demand. (3 Total Nutrition Plans)

  • An efficient training plan to save time and ignite your metabolism for fat burning - even long after you're done exercising. (3 Total Training Plans)

  • Your own motivational support coach at the touch of a dial or text during business hours.

  • Access to the GET FIT LAB (IPhone, Android) web/mobile app to view your nutrition and training plans on the go.
